G'Day y'all,

It's been a while, and we are here to change that because we miss our fantastic communtiy members! So after a bit of a break we are back with our friends at Optiver for another great meetup.

If you weren't able to get to our recent conference in San Franciso, Elastic{ON} 2017, you missed an awesome few days of technical presentations, socialisation and all round fun. To make sure you don't miss all of that fun, we're going to presenting the high level roadmap announcements for the Elastic Stack.

There's a massive amount of detail to get through and we will have a number of the local Elastic team presenting topics such as;

• Elasticsearch SQL

• Kibana's Canvas and other new visualisation features

• Logstash Pipeline Building

• Beats modules

We'll also touch on our new Machine Learning and Elastic Cloud functionality, both of which have just landed!

Our local engineering team will be presenting, so bring your tough questions for answers hot off the presses as well.

We will start the talk just after 6pm and take a break for refreshments midway through the talk.
