G'Day all,

Not long till the end of the year, and we hope to have a super awesome, super special speaker lined up for a December meetup. But here and now, we are back with our friends at Campaign Monitor. Make sure you come along to get an awesome view of the sunset, as well as some amazing chef-made food.

First up this month we have Steve Lovatt from Syntegrity, who will be talking about "Building an adaptive system on integration platforms and the elastic stack".

Our second speaker will be me. That doesn't sound very exciting but we have a pretty big announcement that I can't say anymore about, which is actually SUPER exciting and I'll be giving a talk and demo. In the meantime keep an eye on our blog as the super secret will be out by the end of the week.

Finally, if you haven't already seen, we are holding Elastic{ON} 2016 in Sydney in late November. This is a local version of our major international conference held in early 2017 in the US and the founder of Elasticsearch, Shay Bannon (@kimchy), will be attending. There's heaps happening at this event so head over to the page for more info - but the important bit is we'll be giving away 3 free tickets during this meetup! Make sure you come along with your Elasticsearch caps on, because we will be asking the hard questions for you to win.
