19:30 - 20:00 Suny Kim will talk about "Terraforming an Elastic Stack on Nomad"
20:00 - 20:15 Break
20:15 - 20:45 Hendrik Muhs will talk about Data Frame Transforms, a new Elastic Stack Feature which will occur in 7.2
20:45: Mingling and hanging out

Abstracts:

Terraforming an Elastic Stack on Nomad by Suny: A HashiCorp Nomad Cluster needs central logging, too. I'll show how to provision an Elastic Stack on Nomad for Nomad with terraform. This will highlight some nice and some annoying features of Nomad. The talk will be of the "this worked for us" genre. I'll also give an overview of what SearchGuard offers, an alternative to Elasticsearch Security.

The Elastic Stack 7.2 introduces Data Frame Transforms as a new feature (beta). Data Frame Transforms is scalable solution to pivot/group data and aggregations to transform into a different, more digestible format for further analysis, e.g. Machine Learning. I will introduce you to Data Frame Transforms, talk about usecases, demo it and briefly talk about future plans.
