About this event

From deploying a small dev cluster for app search to managing a prod deployment of hundreds of nodes, Elastic Engineers have seen it all. During this meetup Elastic Solutions Architects will share important lessons to get started with Elasticsearch and to scale existing deployments with confidence. Food and beverages will be provided.

This event will be streamed via Zoom to allow community members that won't be able to attend in person to watch the presentation and participate in the Q&A. Zoom details will be provided via email before the presentation start time to those that have RSVP'd.

*** About the Speakers ****

Aaron Mildenstein is a Principal Consulting Architect at Elastic. He is a former SysAdmin who found his creative outlet writing code to help wring useful information from log files and performance metrics of all kinds. He discovered Logstash and Elasticsearch in 2011 and has never been the same since. He started developing and extending Logstash and Elasticsearch Curator for Elastic full-time in October 2013, and transitioned to being a Consulting Architect in September of 2017.

Jared Pane is a Solutions Architect at Elastic. Prior to joining Elastic, he was a DevOps Specialist at Red Hat helping to build, streamline, and secure Open Source initiatives throughout the State, Local and Higher Education Community in the West. In his free time, he enjoys running, biking, brewing beer, and spending time with his kids.

Matteo Rebeschini is a Solutions Architect at Elastic, where he works with customers on architecting real-time security analytics solutions using the Elastic Stack. Matteo has 18+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry covering various roles, from software engineering to technical product management and more recently consulting and solutions architecture.
