Talk: How to support and grow your dev team This is a talk about what you need to do to support and grow your developer team. In it, we'll look at the healthy things individuals and groups of developers should do in order to grow and enjoy their work. Some of the things we'll cover: - How regularly people should get together, and what they should do at those times - How much "agile" is enough? - What to do when people need help, and how to know when they do - Practical things teams should be doing, so they can make the right things Chris Pitt - Bio: I am a developer and writer, working at http://sanlamindie.co.za.
