William Wong is a Solution Architect in Elastic. Prior to Elastic, he was a senior/principal pre-sales engineer in many messaging companies such as Cloudmark, Zimbra and Openwave for over 13 years. He used Elastic Stack to solve a lot of messaging related problems such as DNS security, SMS spam caller tracking and SMS grey routing and responsible for the APAC region.
