About this event

Python is a highly adopted language, when it comes to data science and analysis. This session will give an introduction and a hands-on demo of Eland, a Python client and toolkit for DataFrames, Big Data, Machine Learning and ETL in Elasticsearch. We will also have plenty of time for Q & A for any of your Python related Elastic Stack questions!

The agenda will be the following

  • What is Eland?
  • DataFrames backed by Elasticsearch
  • Visualizations in Jupyter Notebook
  • Managing Machine Learning models

Eland will be presented and demoed by Seth Larson, the current maintainer of the official Elasticsearch Python Client and one of the core committers on Eland.

Join us via zoom!

Slides are available here, the Jupyter Notebook here.
