## Canvas plugins: roll your own data transform and render functions by Robert Monfera

Canvas is a freeform data visualization, infographics and presentation builder for live data within Kibana, built toward extensions via plugins. We'll review the general use of Canvas for making and presenting data visualizations, then show how we can add plugins for new expression pipeline functions and element types. Possible future enhancements will be mentioned too.
