About this event

Join us at the Microsoft campus in Redmond for a full evening with Elastic and T-Mobile. Hemant Malik from the Elastic team will talk about the new and upcoming features of the product. Then Jon Soini from T-Mobile will share the company's use of Canvas for data analysis and more.

Agenda:

- 5:50 to 6:10: Get some food, drinks and meet other members of the community and from Elastic.
- 6:10 to 7:00: Talk #1: Using Canvas at T-Mobile

"Let's talk presenting your data with Canvas, one of the newest features in Kibana. Jon Soini will present his exploration with Canvas and the results of building out an infographic-quality dashboard with real-time T-Mobile data. We can cover Canvas tips, pitfalls to avoid and give a live demo."

- 7:00 to 8:00: What's new in Elastic

"What's new in Elastic? We are already at 6.6.1. It's a hard one to pick one thing out of all that's added lately in the Elastic stack to make it that catchy title to get you to attend. Elastic APM agents for Java, Go, .NET (preview), Infrastructure UI, Log UI, Elastic Common Schema going Beta, Index Lifecycle Management: there is a lot can and will be covered in 'What's new'. Please join us to get an update on what's the latest with Elastic."
