I am excited to announce a user group meetup on the topic of Docker & ELK, the week after personal taxes are due, Tuesday, April. 21, 2015.

We will kick things off with a brief overview of docker, then discuss and demonstrate the basics of deploying an Elasticsearch cluster using docker.  We will add Kibana, Logstash, and a sample application using logstash.  We will dive in to the complexities of a multi-node deployments and networking.

I am excited to discuss the various technologies, considerations, and trade-offs in deploying with Docker.  I am a big Elasticsearch and Docker fan, and I have been extremely pleased with deploying Elasticsearch on Docker so far.

Also, I am looking for topic suggestions and experts to share.
