Agenda:

 - Using a barebones Ubuntu server, stand up a Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Filebeats) and load it with some test data to make sure it all works

- Explore the things you can do with an Elastic stack that has been loaded with lots of interesting data (OS, logs, honeypot threats, etc)
