Speakers:

• Peter Kim, Solutions Architect @ Elasticsearch (@peterkimnyc)

• Aaron Mildenstein, Software Engineer @ Elasticsearch (@theuntergeek)

Abstract:

By combining the massively popular Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana products, an end-to-end stack was created that delivers actionable insights in real-time from almost any type of structured and unstructured data source. Built and supported by the engineers behind each of these open source products, the Elasticsearch ELK stack makes searching and analyzing data easier than ever before.

Peter Kim will be giving an overview of the ELK stack, some examples of how companies are using it and answer any general questions. Afterwards, brace yourselves, because Aaron Mildenstein will be going through all the new features in Logstash 1.5!
