Introduction to Elasticsearch

Shravanthi Denthumdas, Consultant @ Slalom will present an introduction to Elasticsearch focusing on some of the powerful features of Elasticsearch.

Additionally, she will demonstrate how to leverage ES for faster searching and analytics based upon her current client.

A cluster will already be setup with data loaded from twitter.

We will be trying the following format and adjust based upon feedback after the event.

• 20 Minutes - Social (food and drinks will be provided, see below)

• 1 Hour - Presentation

• 15 Minutes - Q&A relating to the presentation
