For the second edition of the Elasticsearch Chicago meetup, we'll welcome Uri Boness and Zach Tong, both core developers at Elasticsearch Inc. Uri will be covering What's New in 1.0, a tour of the forthcoming features in Elasticsearch, including aggregations, distributed percolator and snapshot/restore. Zach will be talking about the Common Terms query, a relatively new query that is designed to make stop-words obsolete. This query adapts to your index in real-time and removes stop-words on the fly. There will be ample time for Q&A on all things Elasticsearch following the presentations.
