A Non-Scientific Look at Elasticsearch Performance

What's the best way to set up your Elasticsearch cluster? Elasticsearch has so many use cases, it can be difficult to figure out the best ways to manage it for your needs.

This presentation touches on some methods you can use to grow, tune and monitor your Elasticsearch cluster. This presentation does not cover the installation of Elasticsearch, but does cover numerous operational aspects.

Philip Walenta, Big Data Architect and Devops engineer, Polycom

Philip started with PC's and networking a long long time ago. For the past four years, he has been working analytic/big data platforms to handle all the data produced by Polycom IoT capable devices and cloud services.
