About this event

Netflix will be hosting and presenting on how they are using Elasticsearch for several different use cases: Indexing log events for operational insights; and using Elasticsearch to track changes and histories of service deployments.  They will be covering why they chose Elasticsearch, how they use and how they integrated it with other Netflix components.

The presenter will be Danny Yuan.  Danny is a software developer in Netflix's Platform Engineering team. He works on Netflix's distributed crypto service, data pipeline, and real-time analytics. He is an owner of Netflix's open source project, Suro, and also the owner of Netflix's predictive autoscaling engine.

This presentation will be  followed by a Q&A with some of the Elasticsearch Core Developers.

We hope to see everyone there!
